Pitch reported or explanatory features, comparisons, design histories and close readings of a specific architectural or interior detail. Strong proposals have a clear subject, a fresh question and a reason the piece will remain useful beyond a passing trend.

What makes a good pitch

Tell us the proposed angle, the main points you would explore, why you are the right person to write it and any relevant sources or images you expect to use. Keep the proposal focused; a finished article is not needed for an initial pitch.
